Ordering your personalised products is simple and fast. Follow these steps to create your perfect gadget.

STEP 01

Choose your product from the online shop

Browse our online shop and choose from a wide range of pencils, markers, lighters and pens. You can filter by category, model or minimum quantity to quickly find the solution that best suits your needs.

STEP 02

Configuration

Using our configurator, you can change the colours of every detail of the chosen product to create a unique item perfectly matched to your brand colours. At this stage you can upload a file to see an instant preview; if you don't have artwork ready, don't worry — our creative team will produce a personalised draft for you.

STEP 03

Quantity and Checkout

Enter your desired quantity and take advantage of volume discounts (the more you buy, the more you save). Review the cart summary and proceed to secure payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. You will immediately receive a confirmation email.

STEP 04

Graphic Proof Approval

After placing your order, you will receive the technical proof from our design team. At this stage you still have maximum flexibility: you can even change the colour configuration of the chosen model to ensure the final result is flawless.

STEP 05

Final Check and Production

We will wait for your formal approval of the graphic proof before proceeding to print. At this stage you can check every last detail. Only once you are 100% satisfied will we start production.

STEP 06

Shipping and Tracking

Once production is complete, the product will be shipped directly by BIC Graphic via express courier. You will receive a tracking code by email and can monitor the delivery status at any time directly from your Bipen account.
